It deploys on-premises by default, supports air-gapped operation via the Meridian CRDT (Platform Invariant #3), and never moves long-term memory outside the sovereign boundary. Optional managed deployments exist but are not the default product. Customers in Mumbai and Munich run AdiOS on the same codebase without sending data to a foreign cloud.
